Fritz Hauser talks with Bice Curiger about his practice as a musician. Their conversation is followed by a performance of Hauser’s “Drum Piece 3” (2021) at the “Skyspace Piz Uter” (2005) by American artist James Turrell in Zuoz.
“I remember, when I was much younger and working at the theater in Basel, I had an encounter with an actress. I’m still not sure if she the meant it sarcastic or sincere when she said : “Do it more often, then it becomes more true.” For me that still lingers in my mind.”
