Leo Tuor, (b. 1959) is a Swiss writer. He studied philosophy, history and literature in Zurich, Fribourg and Berlin. He has published several novels and regularly contributes stories, essays, columns for newspapers, magazines, and anthologies. He spends summers shepherding and autumns hunting in the Grison mountains. His work is known for his descriptions of mountain life, his idiosyncratic and fearless prose.
