Alexander Kluge

Alexander Kluge (b. 1932) is a German filmmaker, television producer, writer, screenwriter, philosopher, and lawyer. He became known in the 1960s and 1970s as one of the most influential representatives of New German Cinema. As an author, he made himself a name with short stories, but also with his scientific and philosophical work.
