Camille Henrot (b. 1978) is a French artist. She studied at the École Nationale Supérieure des Arts Décoratifs in Paris. Numerous institutions have hosted solo shows for her, including Tate Modern in London (2014) and Palais de Tokyo in Paris (2017). Henrot was awarded the Silver Lion at the 55th Venice Biennale in 2013 for her work Grosse Fatigue. Her artistic practice includes sculpture, painting, and film. Henrot explores the dynamics of human dependencies, individual responsibility, and social problems in a hyper-connected and overstimulated world.
