Es Devlin (b. 1971) is a British artist and stage designer. She studied English literature at Bristol University before completing a foundation course in Fine Art at Central St. Martin’s and studying stage design at the Motley Theatre Design School in London. Devlin worked for theaters and opera houses as well as fashion brands like Christian Dior and Louis Vuitton and international popstars, including Adele, Beyoncé, and The Weeknd. Devlin creates large-scale, performative sculptures and installations combining light, music, and language.
