Laurent Le Bon is a French Conservateur Général du Patrimoine. After being in charge of public art commissions for the Ministry of Culture, he was curator at the Musée National d’Art Moderne-Centre Georges Pompidou from 2000 to 2010. He curated around fifty exhibitions including: 'Dada' at the Centre Pompidou in 2005, 'Jeff Koons Versailles' at the Château de Versailles in 2008, 'Jardins' at the Grand Palais’s Galeries nationales and 'Dioramas' at the Palais de Tokyo in 2017, 'Picasso: Blue and Rose' at the Musée d’Orsay in 2018. From 2010 to 2014, he was director of the Centre Pompidou-Metz where he organized the exhibitions 'Chefs-d’œuvre ?' and '1917'. From 2014 to 2021, he was president of the Musée national Picasso-Paris. Since July 2021, he is president of the Centre National d’Art et de Culture-Georges Pompidou.
