Peter Fischli

Peter Fischli (b. 1952) is a Swiss artist and curator based in Zurich. He studied at the Kunstgewerbeschule in Zurich and the Academia di Belle Arti in Bologna. From 1979 to 2012 he was part of the artist duo Fischli/Weiss together with David Weiss. Their best-known work is the film “The Way Things Go” (Der Lauf der Dinge) from 1987. In 2021, Fischli curated the show “Stop Painting!” at the Fondazione Prada in Venice.
