Roman Krznaric (b. 1971) is an Australian philosopher and writer. He studied Philosophy, Politics, and Economics at Oxford University and completed a master’s degree in Latin American Politics at the University of London; he later received his doctorate from the University of Essex. Krznaric taught Politics and Sociology at colleges and universities in Essex, Cambridge, and London. In 2008, he was one of the co-founders of The School of Life in London. Krznaric is a member of the Club of Rome. His work examines the influence of ideas on societal change. Krznaric’s most recent publications include “The Art of Being a Good Ancestor” (2021).
